The Rule of unique club membership

RULE
一、To become a member of Unique Club,you only need to remit certain amount to Hangzhou Bay Hotel’s account.The member will get a membet card.Any company or individual is welcome.
二、According to different amount,we have four type different cards:platinum card,purple-golden card,titanium-golden card,and silver card.The holder can enjoy different discount and service.Details as follows:

Silver card:Amount below RMB10000 achieves silver card Privilege.
1.To have room reservation priority.
2.To have free fruit for each check-in.
3.To have extra free fruit for each meal.
4.To get double extra breakfast for free during whole stay.
5.To have free welcome beer in talking bar.
6.To have show polishing service at any moment.

Titanium-golden card:Amount from RMB10000 through RMB50000 Achieves Titanium-golden card privilege.
1.To have all privilege as silver card.
2.To have hotel VIP discount for rooms,restaurant and recreation.(see attached table)
3.To have free sleep promotion drink for every check-in.
4.To enjoy quick internet in room for free.
5.To have one free laundry for every check-in.

Red gold card: Amount from RMB50000 through RMB100000 achieves Red gold card privilege.
1.To have all privilege as titanium card.
2.To get one extra deluxe standard room for free.
3.To have hotel golden card club type B discount for room, restaurant and recreation. (see attached table)
4.To enjoy room service without extra service charge.
5.To enjoy VIP lounge at 5th floor free of charge for every check-in.
6.To receive fax free of charge ,during stay in the hotel.
7.To enjoy free clinic service in hotel infirmary.
8.To check out before 14:00 ,if possible.
9.To enjoy quick check-in and check out formality .No need to register when ckeck-in ,and no need to check rooms before check out .
10.To get a free bottle of extra port wine, if he consumes in restaurant over RMB3000 at one time.
11.To get elegant gifts during conditional festival.

Platinum card :Amount over RMB100000 achieves 
Platinum privilege.
1.To have all privilege as purple-golden card.
2.To get 2 extra deluxe business suites for free.
3.To have hotel golden card club type A discount for room, restaurant and recreation.(see attached table)
4.To be allowed to decorate his room and change flowers and fruits as he wish.
5.To rent DVD free of charge during stay in the hotel.
6.To check out before 16:00 if possible.
7.To get flower and cake as present when has birthday party or wedding party in the hotel.
8.To enjoy quick check in at special counter and be led to room by special man.
9.To be greeted by assistant manager as VIP privilege.
10.To use the conference room in business center for one time for free.
11.To use provided by the housekeeping personal bath articles, pajamas, bath-towel, towel and slippers etc.
12.To check the business message and ask for translation service provided by the hotel.
13.To get a free coffee or drink at western restaurant ,or at lobby bar during stay in hotel .
14.To enjoy free sauna during stay in the hotel.
15.To select two VOD free of charge during stay in the hotel.

三、To enjoy privilege room reservation for 3 star hotel or above throughout China .

四、To be invited to hotel’s different kinds of celebration.

五、The membership card is available only at Hangzhou Bay Hotel’s different branch .It is unsuitable for discount rooms, agreement rooms , discount foods ,wedding party, group conference consume etc.

六、The membership card is valid for one year. The holder must show the card , and sign the bill .It is only available for holder. If the balance is not enough, to obtain membership service, you must apply a new card .The amount in membership card is not applicable in accumulated points.

七、If the card is lost,a written notice is required to financial dept of Hangzhou Bay Hotel .All damage caused before report shall be on year part.

八、To apply new card , the hotel will cancel the old card and transfer the balance to new card after checking.

The membership card cannot registered, overdraw or paid in cash.

VIP card:
1.To have 25% discount for room reservation.
2.To have 12% discount for food beverage.(wine and cigarette not included)
3.The discount in entertainment depends on hotels activities.
Card A:
1.To get 5 KTV rooms for free.
2.To have 45% discount for room reservation.
Card B:
1.To have 40% discount for rooms.
2.To have 12% discount for food and beverage.( wine and cigarette not included)
